For non-defective goods you pay return postage and original shipping is not refunded on a voluntary return. A fee of 1.8% (card) or 3.0% (PayPal or Klarna) applies to refunds requested before delivery, and a refused delivery costs double shipping. Delivery time is shown per product and at checkout (for example 2 to 4 working days by freight). Shipping costs are not stated in the terms and no free-shipping threshold is stated. | 4.03 of 4 checks passed, 1 not readWhat we readA 30-day money-back guarantee applies to purchases from the official BLUETTI shop (goods complete, unused and in original packaging), on top of the 14-day withdrawal. With an RMA, BLUETTI covers the return shipping; under the withdrawal route the page says you pay the direct cost. No restocking fee is listed; a €25 fee applies to cancelling an order that has already shipped. Delivery times were not stated on the pages we read, and delivery is limited to Germany. |
| Service | 4.24 of 5 checks passedWhat we readWarranty claims: the page names each manufacturer’s support route and a Mini Power form as the second step; it states the statutory two years and names long manufacturer warranties on products (30 years on solar modules, 10 years on the HiBattery 4020 X). Cancelling before delivery is possible, for a fee. Phone, email, a contact form and a quote request are offered Monday to Friday. The returns page contradicts itself on the withdrawal deadline, on cables, and on missing packaging. | 4.24 of 5 checks passedWhat we readWarranty 24 to 72 months on portable power stations and 48 to 60 months on home-backup systems; solar panels and accessories 24 months. Claim steps are published (email, proof of purchase, replacement arranged within 7 working days of receipt). Cancellation within 48 hours of ordering. A ‘Hilf mir bei der Auswahl’ tool is linked. The pages contradict each other: 48 hours against 72 hours to cancel on different pages, return shipping paid by BLUETTI on one route and by you on another, US-state wording on a German page, and two seller addresses (Frankfurt and Stuhr). |
| Value | 4.24 of 5 checks passedWhat we readA ‘Herbst-Angebote’ campaign runs 21 October to 7 November 2026. The deepest discounts we read were about 16% (EcoFlow STREAM Ultra X €1,349 against €1,599; Anker SOLIX BP2700 €639 against €759), so no item reached 20%. Also: 3% off for bank transfer, a 14-day price guarantee and €20 off €495 for newsletter sign-up. | 3.43 of 5 checks passedWhat we readHalloween sale of up to 37% on selected power stations; Balco 260 at €789 against €1,049 (about 25% off) and Elite 400 at €1,899 against €1,999 (about 5%). No sign-up, threshold or subscription offer seen. Sale end dates are not shown, only a countdown. Our store listing for BLUETTI covers its US shop, so these German-shop findings are used in comparisons only. |
| Quality | Not ratedNot rated. Mini Power is a multi-brand retailer: it sells Anker SOLIX, EcoFlow, Zendure, Hoymiles and Sunenergy equipment, so quality depends on the brand you pick. | Not ratedNot rated. The Elite 400 is listed at 3.8 kWh; the Balco 260 balcony system at 2,560 Wh, LiFePO4, “Germany only”. |
| Overall desk score | 3.8 | 3.9 |
Desk scores come from checklists read off each store’s own pages, not from hands-on use. “Not read” means we could not see the page that would say, which is not the same as failing. An overall and a winner appear only when both sides have all three criteria rated; a gap under 0.3 is called a tie. How desk scores work.
This is a research-based comparison. We read Mini Power's and BLUETTI's own German pages (home pages, returns, warranty and terms) between 26 and 28 October 2026. We have not bought from either. Our scores are checklist-based "desk scores" and say how much we could read; see how we score.
These two are not the same kind of shop, and that is the reason to compare them. Mini Power (New Power GmbH, Munich) is a multi-brand retailer of balcony solar: kits, inverters and storage from Anker SOLIX, EcoFlow, Zendure, Hoymiles and others, with about 486 products. BLUETTI is a manufacturer selling its own power stations and balcony systems. If you want a balcony battery system in Germany, you can reasonably buy from either. Our balcony solar walk-through explains what you are buying.
The scores#
Mini Power comes out at 3.8 and BLUETTI at 3.9. That is a tie.
| Mini Power | BLUETTI (Germany) | |
|---|---|---|
| Shipping & Returns | 3.0 | 4.0 |
| Service | 4.2 | 4.2 |
| Value | 4.2 | 3.4 |
Returns: BLUETTI's are friendlier#
Both promise 30 days. The details differ.
Mini Power: a voluntary 30-day return on top of the 14-day withdrawal, but days 15 to 30 exclude cables, goods without full original packaging, and anything unpacked and connected to a grid, battery or power source. For goods that are not defective you pay the return postage, and original shipping is not refunded on a voluntary return. Refund requests before delivery cost 1.8% (card) or 3.0% (PayPal, Klarna). The page also contradicts itself on the withdrawal deadline and on cables.
BLUETTI: a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods that are complete, unused and in original packaging. With an RMA, BLUETTI pays return shipping, and no restocking fee is listed (though its withdrawal route says you pay).
For a system you plan to install, "unused" is the catch in both. Do not connect anything until you are sure you are keeping it.
Delivery: Mini Power says more#
Mini Power shows a delivery time per product and at checkout (for example 2 to 4 working days by freight) and says the checkout time is binding. Neither shop states shipping costs in its terms. BLUETTI's German pages show no delivery times, and it ships only within Germany.
Warranty and support#
Mini Power's warranty page is a process, not a number: you contact the manufacturer first (it lists support contacts for Anker SOLIX, Zendure, EcoFlow and others), and use Mini Power's form if that fails. It states the two-year statutory period and names long manufacturer warranties (30 years on solar modules, 10 years on the HiBattery 4020 X). It also offers a phone line, a quote request and a contact form on weekdays.
BLUETTI publishes its own durations: 24 to 72 months on portable power stations, 48 to 60 months on home-backup systems. Claims go by email with proof of purchase.
The deals#
Mini Power's "Herbst-Angebote" campaign runs 21 October to 7 November 2026, with dated conditions. The deepest discounts we read were about 16% (EcoFlow STREAM Ultra X at €1,349 against €1,599), so no item reached 20%. It also gives 3% off for bank transfer, a 14-day price guarantee and €20 off €495 for newsletter sign-up.
BLUETTI's German shop shows a Halloween sale of up to 37%, with the Balco 260 at €789 against €1,049 (about 25% off), but no end dates, only a countdown. Our BLUETTI listing covers its US shop, so there are no live BLUETTI deals on Wordzex today, and the deal block says so.
Our take#
A tie. Choose Mini Power if you want several brands in one basket, a stated delivery time and a dated campaign. Choose BLUETTI if the return terms matter most to you. If you are comparing the same battery at both, compare the final cart price and the return conditions, and keep the box and the connections untouched until you are sure.
