iSinwheel review: electric scooters and e-bikes with a strict return policy

This is a research-based review. We read iSinwheel's homepage and refund policy on 11 October 2026. We have not bought a scooter from the store or ridden one.

What it sells#

iSinwheel sells electric scooters and e-bikes, with models named such as S Nova, S10Max and Monster Pro. Before you buy any e-scooter, check the law where you ride. Our electric scooter buying checklist covers legality, range, weight, brakes and battery safety.

Offers on the day#

The site ran a "Fall Sale" banner reading "Buy 2, Get 10% Off", plus "Earn 3X Points". The page did not say whether the 10% applies to the whole order or the cheaper item, and the points terms were not explained. Individual products carried dollar badges: save $120 on the S Nova, $280 on the S10Max and $1,000 on the Monster Pro. We saw no promo code. The cart has a discount field, but nothing listed to enter.

The policy to read before you pay#

This is where the store needs the most attention.

• Cancelling: an order can be cancelled only within 1.5 hours, through your account. After shipping, it cannot be changed.

• Unopened, non-defective: return within 14 days of delivery, with up to 15 percent of the product price deducted for return shipping.

• Opened, non-defective: return within 14 days with less than 10 miles recorded. A 20 percent restocking fee applies, rising to 30 percent beyond 10 miles. Return shipping is not covered.

• Defective within 30 days: return, exchange or repair at no cost to you. After 30 days there is free warranty repair or a partial refund of 20 to 80 percent, depending on the issue.

• Refund timing: 3 to 6 business days of processing, then up to 14 days for card refunds. PayPal refunds take up to 48 hours.

• Extended cover: a paid Protect+ plan is offered.

The trade-offs#

A $1,000 saving looks large, and the policy tells you how much risk sits with the buyer. If you change your mind after riding, the fees can cost hundreds. Heavy goods also cost money to ship back. If the model is right, a discounted price is good. If you are unsure, the policy suggests waiting.
