LuBlueLu review: robot and stick vacuums with a 24-month warranty, and a sale-item catch

This is a research-based review. We read LuBlueLu's US site and refund policy on 11 October 2026. We have not bought from the store or used its vacuums.

What it sells#

LuBlueLu (the site is lubluelu.com) sells robot vacuums and mops, cordless stick vacuums and steamers. Which type suits you depends on floors and mess, which our guide to cleaning appliances walks through.

Offers on the day#

The homepage banner read "Special Offers: Explore our latest deals and save more", with no percentage or end date. Example prices on the page: the V11 at $105.99 beside $159.99, and the S1000 at $330.99 beside $459.99. That is roughly 34 percent and 28 percent below the higher price, but the page does not say what the higher price is or when it applied. We saw no promo code. A points scheme ("lulu Points") was mentioned without detail.

Terms we could read#

• Shipping: "free shipping for all orders", with regions and conditions not shown. Optional paid delivery protection is available at checkout.

• Guarantee: a 30-day money-back guarantee on main units, for any reason, with proof of purchase and the item in original condition with packaging and accessories. Orders shipped into the EU also get a 14-day cooling-off period.

• Return shipping: the buyer pays when returning for non-quality reasons. The store pays when a defect is proven.

• Warranty: "24 month official warranty", with coverage on a separate page.

• Refund timing: the policy page gives two different timings, 3 business days after the return is verified in one section, 10 business days after approval in another.

The catch#

The same policy lists "sale items" among things that cannot be returned. It does not define the term, and we cannot tell whether a model shown with a higher comparison price counts. If you are buying on a discount, email the store before you pay and ask in writing whether that model is covered by the 30-day guarantee. That is the kind of detail our guide to online refund rights tells you to settle first.

The trade-offs#

A vacuum is hard to judge without using it on your floors, which makes the return terms more important than usual. Heavy parcels also cost money to send back.

Our take#

Reasonable headline terms with an unclear sale-item clause. We have not scored the store yet.
