WeightWorld review: supplement sale badges, free UK delivery over £35 and mixed public feedback

This is a research-based review. We read WeightWorld's UK homepage and returns policy on 11 October 2026, and summaries of public reviews. We have not bought from the store or taken its products. This is not medical advice; talk to a pharmacist or doctor before taking any supplement.

What it sells#

WeightWorld sells supplements and weight-management products. Its pages carry phrases such as "Complements Keto Diet Goals" and "High-Absorbing Electrolyte Supplement". We did not see a medical disclaimer in the part of the page we read. Our decoder for supplement marketing explains how to read claims like these.

Offers on the day#

• Free UK shipping on orders over £35. The basket showed shipping at £1.99 below that.

• Sale badges: "Sale save 51%" on a magnesium complex capsule pouch and "Sale save 50%" on Ashwagandha KSM-66 capsules. The terms were not shown.

• Promotional banners for bundles and seasonal ranges, with no stated percentages.

There is a promo code field in the basket, but no code was advertised. Third-party coupon sites claim larger sitewide discounts. We could not confirm any of them on the store's own pages, so we do not list them. Some new arrivals showed a "regular price £0.00", which looks like a display error.

Returns and the guarantee#

• Cancellation: 14 days from receiving the goods, by email or post, with the customer paying return postage unless the store agrees otherwise.

• Goodwill returns: up to 30 days after delivery for unopened items in original packaging, with a return authorisation first.

• Excluded: opened or unsealed supplements and vitamins, items marked clearance or final sale, and goods bought through third-party marketplaces. Faulty or incorrect items are treated separately and statutory rights are preserved.

• Postage: the policy is inconsistent about who pays for faulty or incorrect items in places.

• 90-day guarantee: a badge in the basket promises a 90-day money-back guarantee. The page did not set out its conditions, so check the linked guarantee page before relying on it.

What other customers say#

Summaries of public review pages are mixed. A Trustpilot profile lists several thousand reviews and some customers praise prices and quick delivery, while others report delays, missing items or products that smelled off. A smaller Reviews.io profile had a much lower rating. We have not weighed these ourselves, and review sites change, so read recent reviews directly.

The trade-offs#

A big sale badge on a supplement tells you little about whether it works; see subscribe and save maths for the price-per-serving method. Because opened supplements cannot be returned, buy a small quantity first.

Our take#

Cheap and clearly priced, with returns terms you need to read first. We have not scored the store yet.
